do you really have time to be shy, not speak up and let shit pass you by?

do you really have time to think you’re not the shit and that you don’t deserve to have a good life?

sure some bullshit will happen to you but as long as it’s not over, keep on going on.  

didn’t hit your goal weight, didn’t excercise today, didn’t eat like you thought you would, forgive yourself, move on and do better but don’t wallow in your own bullshit. 

seriously, stop worring about what other people have/are doing and focus on getting what YOU need and want to have.

this is why I can’t trip about the negative shit, I’m going to keep on with my life and keep on living for me despite any drama. live this shit and you can’t lose.
